Comfort Tabletop Cookers

Profiline induction systems are available as a mobile cooking station that can be moved from one place to another.

The tabletop cookers of the Comfort range make for highly convenient, flexible working. They come in a wide variety of designs and can therefore be easily adapted to suit the individual needs.

The height of the glass ceramic surface and the depth of the cookers is identical for all models of this range, thus facilitating cooking on several cookers set up next to one another. The cookers come in a metal housing ready to plug in. Dimensions of Comfort tabletop cookers: 405 x 545 x 155 mm (width x depth x height).

A model for every use

Besides the models with a flat glass ceramic surface, we also offer the Comfort tabletop cookers as a wok cooker with a hollow top. But you can transform even the flat models into a wok cooker at the drop of a hat thanks to the wok top accessory.

With outputs ranging from 3 KW to 5 KW, the Comfort range tabletop cookers satisfy all needs, even in the professional kitchen.

ProfiLine cookers comply with all relevant technical standards as a matter of course.

Control

Different control options are available for the ProfiLine induction cookers, including the newly developed electronic Tempramat temperature control.

The power output of the tabletop cookers is controlled either by turning a knob or using the convenient Big-touch control.

Bigtouch

With the Bigtouch design, you enter the desired cooking level by pressing the keys. The figures appear on the 7-segment display. If desired, the Bigtouch control option is also available with a built-in timer and Tempramat - two additional functions that make working in a professional kitchen so much easier.

Tempramat

Tempramat ensures that the temperature in the pan remains constant even when you add cold or frozen food. If necessary, the set temperature can be adjusted manually at any time.

Control Knob

There are two different types to choose from - either a graduated control knob with an indicator light, or a control knob with a 7-segment display.

Compact Tabletop Cookers

The cookers in this range are especially versatile and flexible thanks to their compact size. These are lightweight, easy-to-transport single cookers which are ready for use instantly - all you need to start cooking is a standard household socket.

Once they've begun cooking with these little helpers, restaurant chefs soon find they just cannot do without them. They make quick-to-install additional cooktops when existing capacity is not enough, as well as for trade fairs, markets, open air events, snack bars, front cooking and more.

Needles to say, ProfiLine tabletop cookers comply with all technical standards.

Control

You control the output of ProfiLine tabletop cookers either by turning a graduated control knob or with the aid of a convenient Minitouch control.

With Minitouch you set the cooking level by pressing the plus or minus key and then can easily read it on a 7-segment display.
