AIM Commercial Catering Equipment Services Ltd was set up in November 2003, by Andrew Warren Ian James and Mike Boullton, wanting to offer Clients a Service that improved upon and exceeded the services currently on offer by other companies. The answer was quite simply, honesty, and reliabilty, friendly and knowledgeable staff, but most of all cost reductions on the work carried out.

Between us they have over 20 years combined experience within the Commercial Catering Sector, and many more within Electrical / Gas and Mechanical environments, and Management positions with some of the major manufacturing companies based within the UK.

Jenna James

Jenna is the Office Manager and is responsible for the day to day running of the office. Her knowledge of the industry has been developed whilst working for a number of companies within the Catering Sector, and more within other Administration / Service based companies. Her ability to understand the clients requirements are unrivalled within the industry ensuring at all times that the customer receives the service promised from the outset.

Andy Warren

Andy is a Fully Qualified Electrician to the 16th Edition Regulations, has full ACOPS ACS, Com Cat 5 and LPG Conversion Gas Qualification and CORGI Registration, along with a list of qualifications gained within the catering industry and was a fully indentured apprentice. Andy is much respected within the industry and over the years has built up some good relationships with many customers who are willing to utilise the services of AIM due to Andy’s involvement with the company.

Ian James

Ex Royal Navy and Fully Qualified Electrical Mechanical Engineer to the current 16th Edition Wiring Regulations, along with a NEBOSH Diploma and IOSH Qualifications in Health and Safety. Responsible over a 20 year period for running and maintaining SMT Placement Machines for a very well known Electronics Company, and the past 7 years carrying out repairs ands installations to high standards within the Catering Sector.

Mike Boulton

Fully Qualified Electrician to the current 16th Edition Wiring Regulations, with Full ACOPS / ACS, Com Cat 5, and LPG Conversion Gas Qualification and CORGI Registration. Mike carried out a fully Indentured Apprenticeship and has worked for some major companies during his career. The past 8 years have been spent within the Catering Engineering Sector where he has developed a wide and extremely vast knowledge of Catering Equipment, and General Building and Installation Practices.

Dave Chandler

Dave recently joined the company after spending some time within the Commercial Laundry Equipment Sector carrying out installations and repairs. Dave's background and training is within the Commercial Catering Sector and is a Very Skilled and Highly Qualified Engineer, holding his full ACOPS and ACS Com Cat 1,2,3, and 5 plus LPG Conversion Gas Qualification and CORGI Registration. Along with his Electrical and Plumbing Expertise, Dave will strengthen and improve on the Quality and Standard of service currently being offered by AIM.

Simon Scott

Simon joined the Company in February 07 after a very successful career with a well known supermarket chain and is fully conversant with all aspects of Commercial Catering Equipment including Refrigeration: Qualified to the Current 16th Edition wiring regulations, along with full ACOPS and ACS Com Cat 1,2,3 and 5 plus LPG Conversion Gas Qualifications and CORGI Registration, Simon is an excellent engineer polite and wiling to ensure that the customer is happy with all aspects of work carried out.
